Background Tasks loading bar is grayed out in InDesign 2020

What has happened to the loading bars in Background Tasks in the new version of InDesign? The percentage is there but the loading bar is just greyed out. Anyone else have that issue?

Sorry about the trouble this issue has caused. This has been reported by a few other users as well and is currently under investigation.
