Bind the values inside the panel

Hi,

For our concern company we are developing an plugin. For that I have added the functionalities in JavaScript.After running the code I can't bind the values inside the panel tree, for binding the values I have used 'this' pointer method to get the values inside the panel but it doesn't works. Can someone provide me some solution to bind the values inside the panel tree view.

thanks for the reference and at the sametime I have binded the values inside the panel using C++ code.
