Hello
I have opened a book created last year and I was not prompted about updating the books to latest format, but any how I saved the files and book again to the latest formats
However the book will not sycronise and furthe rmore if I open one of the files within the book, and double click it again in the book, another copy opens and it can do this ad infintium.
It appears indesign is not recognising that the file is already open and is perhaps half the reason my book is not syncing.
What can I do about this please? (Please note this is senstive information, please do not ask me to upload the file)
