Booklet printing 4 pages per side instead of 2

Hi i'm having this issue with both InDesign and acrobat where whenever I print as a booklet it prints 4 pages per sheet at half size instead of two. I'm not sure why this is happening as I printed a 40page booklet less than a month ago with no issues, and the print preview displays the document properly. I'm using InDesign 2021 (16.0) and an epson workforce printer if that's helpful information. My previous booklet was printed from InDesign 2020 but on the same printer.

Do you have Spreads selected while using your printer's native Print Booklet function?
