Bookmarks and book files mixed up in PDF

I have a strange problem that I could really do without as I am due to submit a tender in the next few hours.

I use books and have never seen this issue.

When I output to PDF making sure to tick boomarks and hyperlinks

The pdf exports ok but when opened two book files are the wrong way round pages 110-120 are before pages 97-109

And the first two document sections have hyperlinks but when clicked in the bookmarks go no where.

Is there a quick fix here?

Please ignore I am being a numpty I failed to update the table of contents lol.
