Screen Shot 2021-04-19 at 2.17.02 PM.pngMy CC Libraries window has freezed like this a few times in the last week or so. The last few times I was able to fix it by quitting inDesign and reopening it, but this time it's not working. I first noticed it on Friday and it was the end of the day so I took it as an excuse to finish up, quit the application and shut down my laptop. I fully expected it to resolve itself as it has in the past so I'm a bit frustrated that it hasn't.

Try signing out of your CC account and then back in again. Does that take care of it?

Hi,

Sorry you are seeing this problem. This issue is already resolved in Ai 25.3 (available under Beta apps section in CCD). The fix for InDesign is on its way.
Quitting Id and relaunching it back should resolve this.

Thank you,
CCLibraries Team
