Hello, Dans indesign et illustrator, mes formats de supports pré-enregistreés s'effacent à chaque session.

Je passe mon temps à ré-enregistrer ces données, l'option est complétement défaillante !

Il y a t-il une solution au problème ? Merci pour votre aide.

Hello, On indesign and illustrator, my pre-saved media formats get erased at each session.

the solution might be in your Operating System and Installation (wrong read/write rights).

So, WHAT OS do you use and WHAT version of ID/AI? and since WHEN does it happen?

Thank you for your feedback.

This has been happening for 1 or 2 months and I am using the versions: Indesign 16.1 and Illustrator 25.2.1.

And since a few weeks, it is even the history of "recent" documents (when the software is opened) that is erased.

If you have a solution, I'm looking for advice.
