Can a character style automatically be applied to all capital letters of a style?

My publisher prescribes a font for which every single capital letter needs a baseline shift so it sits in the right place. Right now we're manually selecting every capital letter in the document and applying a Character Style to accomplish this shift. Obviously this takes forever. Is there a way to do this automatically?

Yes, I did notice this, but I assumed that caps were produced using the shift key…
