I just can't seem to fit arabic words inside parenthesis.
I've tried placing non breaking characters, double spaces inside the parenthesis. And then paste the arabic word inside it but the closing parenthesis (opening when use for english) automatically becomes an opening one.

i decided to retype it.
As soon as i hit space or type the closing parenthesis, the cursor moves to the beginning of the sentence. See recording.
The video starts with me entering the space bar which causes the cursor to move to the beginning of the sentence.
Then i start typing in arabic, so the cursor moves back.
When i type in the parenthesis, it moves position again.

You need to change the language assigned to the text as well as using the Arabic font, I suspect. Language assignment is a character level attribute and can be set in the style.

Well, I've seen a similar issue with brackets in Hebrew texts.
A possible fix you could try:
Set one of the brackets to character direction Left-to-Right .
See into my post from April 2020:
Mixed English and Hebrew: Superscript Numbers following Hebrew in Wrong Order
Also make a sample InDesign document available through Dropbox or a similar service so we could test something.
Just post the download link here. One page with one text frame should be sufficient.
Thanks,

Hi Summayah5FC7,
did it help to change the character direction of one of the two paranthesis from DEFAULT_DIRECTION to LEFT_TO_RIGHT_DIRECTION ?
At least that helped in the other thread I pointed to where the position of the brackets was wrong.
Along with the position of two paranthesis.
