Can I link page numbers to specific pages?

I have a 200+ Catalogue with multiple page index's

I have manually added each products page number to this index but we are now creating the 2020 catalogue and i've been asked to add a few pages throughout.

I just don't want to have to go through each index and update the page number for it, so is there anyway i can "link" that text to display a specific page number, even if that page number changes?
