Can I make a stroke in Master only appear in model if object is filled?

Hi there!

I'm creating a layout with several object boxes and they all have a stroke in the Master layout.

In the model, depending on the page, I don't necessarily fill all the boxes - some of them are left empty, and i was wondering if there was a way to make the stroke appear only when I fill the box, cause I don't want any empty box with a floating contour in my page.

Thank you for your help ! 🙂

Appearance attributes like stroke and fill can't be made conditional as you describe using native InDesign features.
