Can't export as pdf from indb/book file

Hi,

I am trying to export a indb file to pdf, but i get the error message "the save as pdf option in the printer dialog is not supported".

The option to export as a pdf is also grayed out in the "file" menu. 

I would rather not export to a post-script file, how do I solve this problem?

I am able to export every indivual file as a pdf, but that is very disrupting to my workflow.

Please help!
