can't find Hyperlinks Window

I have Indesign 2020 and for the life of me, I cannot find the Hyperlinks window anywhere! The help says it is under "Window > Interactive," but there is no such menu. I have searched all over and cannot figure out where it is or how to build a hyperlink! Please advise. Thanks!

The screen shot you provided looks to be Adobe Illustrator 2020 not Indesign.

LOL — You are so right! I started the project in Indesign and then moved to Illustrator and kept thinking I was still in Indesign. Thank you for point this out! I am amazed Illustrator does not have an easy to do this… will need to find a workaround. Thanks for your help!

You can also find it in the Type menu.
