Can't open new file on InDesign

Good day, Creative People.

I have updated the new OS Catalina and it seems like I have problems with my Adobe creative suite. especially InDesign. I have downloaded all version of InDesign, and tried to opened it but I couldn't still open "New File" on InDesign. Please help me to fix this! Thank you

Not enough information to help. We need to know EXACTLY what version of InDesign you're using (check "About InDesign" in the InDesign menu (Mac).
