Hi,

after applying the Adobe World Ready Paragraph Composer apply the right font.

Maybe Adobe Gurmukhi; whatever fits; don't know if the that font contains all the right glyphs. Also set the languange of the text. I assume this would be Punjabi from what I see from your video, but I'm not sure.

Regards,
Uwe

Unless you give us a short description about the problem and your system information, the great majority of us will not open your link. That’s not a very good way of asking for help.

And most of us who work with InDesign have not heard of Google Input Tools. What is that?

ok, google input tools helps you convert regional languages into unicodes so that they render font-independently...

Google Input Tools

Normally, I can copy and paste any thing from that into Pages, Notepad or whatever else except Adobe applications

I am using Macbook Pro with the latest OS version

I observe you are trying to paste a non Latin script into text using Myriad Pro font. If you paste or type a Unicode point which does not exist in the current font, you have a problem. Many consumer apps actually silently change font. This is anathema to professional typesetting so Adobe products will not do this. Make sure you at all times choose a suitable font for the language you are trying to enter with any IME including Google's.
