Hi all, I'm working together with my administrator to figure out why I have returned from holidays to find that my CC Libraries have been wiped, they don't exist anymore. I notice that there are two identical licences on my account, does this have something to do with the problem maybe?

I had a few Libraries on my CC account and now they're gone. Can't be found online or in InDesign/Illustrator.

It definitely sounds like an Adobe account issue. We can't help you, we don't have any access to account information.

You can backup your creative cloud libraries via flyout menu in cc libraries panel:

1. Click flyout menu

2. Click "Export" library

3. Select location on disc and click "Export" button

This will create a cclibs file that you can later import back via flyout menu or by drag and dropping it to the cc libraries panel.

Thanks,

Fedor
