CC Library Indesign Issue

When I log in to my adobe website page, I find that all of my library items are there.  When I'm in the application, and I try to drag items from my CC Libary panel into a new or old file, the image pop up shows.  I cant use the libary at all for files or graphics.  Doesnt matter if its an image file, or a grouped graphic image made within InDesign.  Same message pops up.  "Either file does not exist..."  Someone please help!  You really cant use InDesign to the fullest without the capability to organize.

Right now, my CCL only pulls color swatches.  I am curently on macbook pro mojave.

Hi there,

 

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing the version of InDesign? Have you tried on a different machine if libraries work?

Please make sure you have the Creative Cloud desktop app and InDesign updated to the latest version.

You may try deleting the CoreSync & database files by following steps given below:

  • Quit the Creative Cloud desktop app.

       Go to:

  • <Mac Hard Drive>/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSyncSync
  • And delete any file that has *.db (or a variation such as *.db-wal)
  • Restart the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Hi,

 

I have the most recent version of ID.  I update regularly on Creative Cloud.

 

Also, that pathway doesnt exist.
