I work with a team of designers and we all share a library on the creative cloud to design our work. We have not had a problem with the links importing on to our pages until a few days ago. Now only 2 out of the 5 of our designers are able to pull links from the library on to a working InDesign page while the others get the warning below. I am the owner of the library so I do not get this warning but some of my colleges do. Why is this happening all of the sudden?! We rely on using the 2019 version of InDesign because of a added plugin that is not compatible with the newer 2020 version!

Hi again 🙂
Our team has worked on a fix and we have it ready! While we are preparing to deliver this to everyone, we decided to post the CCLibraries installer to unblock customers who are facing this problem:
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.html
Please, use the Libraries installer provided in Solution 1.
Let us know if that resolved the issue for you.
Thank you,
Mariia

Please, collect logs via Adobe log collector and let us know the logs ID:

Hey Mariia,
OS is Windows 10 Enterprise
We are using InDesign V14.0.3 x 64
CCD 5.3.0.468
and CC library is 3.9.23.84
I dont have the administration password to collect the logs im afraid. This is a work computer with strict passwords for accessing that information.
Do you need the logs to solves this problem?

Hi,
Thanks a lot for the provided details and no worries about logs,
We were able to reproduce and investigate the problem, our team is looking into the possibility to fix it.
There is no issue in Id 2020, but I see that you have to use 2019 version.
Libraries are only supported in the current and previous versions of the applications, so there won't be support for Libraries in 2019 apps soon.
Will keep you posted regarding the fix.
Thank you,
Mariia

Thanks Mariia!
We are stuck using InDesign 2019 due to a plugin we use for building product flyers so hopefully there is a fix for this (the plugin isnt ready for the 2020 version yet). Our team desperatly needs access to our shared libraries sooner then later so please let me know when there is a fix!
We will be patiently waiting 🙂

Installing the latest Creative Cloud Libraries manually worked for us - 5 designers using Mac OS. Thank you for a quick response.
