Certain pages have a transparent background (same master page)

Hi there! I'm having this issue where some pages in my document have a transparent background, and I'm wondering if it's something to do with my settings? Does anyone know what's going on here?

Hi @Erinb.Kelly:

Try saving the file as .idml (File > Save as > Format: InDesign CS4 or Later (IDML). Does that make a difference?
