Hi!

Here is a very simple In Design script that replaces colors via swatches.

#target indesign

var myDocument = app.activeDocument;

myDocument.colors.item("old color").remove("new color");

myDocument.colors.item("old color").remove("new color");

myDocument.colors.item("old color").remove("new color");
