Change text orientation (Locked: Duplicate Post)

I really need help! I've recently downloaded Adobe InDesign CC 2020. Although, I want to make an arabic text. The problem is I don't see the Tab "Right to left direction " in Paragraph tab. I ask you if you can help me to find this tab.
