Changed margins now text will not fit

I am doing a book for amazon and had to widen my margins (from 0.5" to 0.6") and my gutter (from 0.18 to 0.25) now the text overflows the frame on every page. How can I quickly get the text to fit within the new margins.  I have attached a screenshot as a PNG file
