Character styles is not popping up in TOC set up?

hello! i am trying to make a table of contents with certain character styles added to it, but when I go to make a TOC non of my character styles show up?

Does your Entry Style TOC Body Text include the "RULE #" character style?
What do you want to achieve with this style?

How is your final result you would like to achieve?

And what is the result you currently get?
