Check if InDesign Server is licensed?

Hello,

 

I just upgraded an InDesign Server CC 2014 to CC 2020. I'm not able to serialize the CC 2020 version. Is it already licensed from the previous install? How may I check if CC 2020 is licensed?

Hello Cesar,

 

The issue is now resolved and we tried to launch InDesign server and it worked fine with the Serial number.

Hello Cesar,

Did you license the application using the Serial Number? Did you use the Adobe PRTK tool to license the application using prov.xml? If you have received the return code 0 while licensing then it means it's licensed. You may also provide me the AMT3 and I can try to check.

We used the Serial Number with the Adobe PRTK Tool. But it returned to code 14. Please find attached the AMT3 file.
