Colour Managment files

I was deleting some old files on the computer, and apparently deleted something useful... So stupid. Anyhow, I reinstalled InDesigner several times, also using AdobeCleaner. It keeps showing me this message every time I run the program:

"Some files required for colour management are missing. Please re-install the application to ensure proper functioning." - Any suggestions? Can I somehow re-install color managment files?

On OSX the default recommended profiles get installed here: /⁨Library⁩/Application Support/⁨Adobe/⁨Color/Profiles/Recommended⁩ If you deleted any of these folders you would get the message—I think these are the profiles installed by Adobe in Application Support: https://shared-assets.adobe.com/link/64769a6b-64f0-45fa-6a3e-5f5d81fb8797

PS > Edit > Color Settings to setup the global color settings file.

BR > Edit > Color Settings to communicate those same settings to ID, AI, and Acrobat

It might work.

That unfortunately didn't help. Keeps showing me the same problem.
