Comparing Previous Iterations with the Review Feature? Is this Possible?

Hi all, 

So, I just introducted the review feature to my teammates, and we wanted to know if anyone else is having the same diffculty as we are. 

As a team, we want to be able to compare the previous draft to the updated. I understand that the perpose of this feature is to gain updates in real-time, but as a team, we wanted to be able to compare the updated modfication against its previous versions.  Does the review feature show the history of the updated cavas? Or just the history of the comment section? 

If anyone knows. Please help.
