Conflict Font system TTF in mac catalina

Hello, I encounter bugs in documents that contain TTF fonts also present in the MAC system (catalina 10.15.5 and indesign 15.1.1). The document opens correctly, the fonts are loaded with the Fonts documents folder. As soon as I export a pdf (the fonts also present in the system folder in .ttf format) are deactivated by indesign and displays absent and are therefore no longer available ... an idea?
