connection entre 2 ordinateurs

je travaille sur 2 ordinateurs (PC fixe et portable) - 

Est-il possible de récupérer le travail commencé sur le portable pour le terminer sur le PC ?

Si oui comment faut-il procéder ?

Merci beaucoup. Mes 2 ordi ont bien l'application in design
mais est-il possible de récupérer un travail commencé sur un ordi pour le
terminer sur l'autre (sans passer par une clé usb par exemple...)
