Hi,
I'm a remedial user of inDesign, so apologies for a simple question. I created a print-baed logo on a web formatted page in inDesign. I can copy the logo, place it into Keynote and from there I can use it as a PNG with no background. But, how do I create multiple files for this image (PNG, JPG, etc.) while keeping a transparent background? Also, how do I save the image/text box by itself versus exporting the whole inDesign page?
Hi,
JPEG does not support transparency.
So you are left with PNG.
What does "etc." mean?
Also consider the vector graphic format SVG. Adobe Illustrator could save that for you.
To go from InDesign to Adobe Illustrator export to PDF and place the PDF in Illustrator.
Depending on the artwork this could work excellent or with flaws.
