Copying spread into another spread with automatic updating

Hi everone,

I'm trying to take a page and duplicate it's contents into the following page with automatic updating. The content on the first page is prone to several updates, and it's laborious to contine copying and pasting into the following page. I was wondering if there was a feature, script, etc that could accomplish this. The only other caveat is that the page that's being copied will be a thumbnail size on the following page. So it's a different size, but the same proportions.

I realized I said spread in the title and page in the content. Same idea for either though.
