After a fews hang on the pages screeen, I saved the files and try to restart it. And now the files is takes forever to load and crashed on the mac after fews minture. Rainbow turning only. I'm so sad and I have to redo it again from my last save.

Try use File>Export and choose IDML
Open the IDML file in InDesign.
Save the newly opened file as a new file name.
