Creative Cloud Installation Problems

I will never purchase this product ever again, ... but ... being that I have to finish my class, can someone please help?  Anyone!  I purchased the entire packet for 6 months at a student discount.  I had to wait two days for the delivery of my purchase via email.  My assignment was due the next day.  So I decided to get a trial version.  It worked just fine.  I finally got my Creative Cloud email from adobe.  So I tried deleting the old version because I cancelled it and wanted my 6 months purchased version to override my trial.  So here I am, stuck, I have tried installing and shutting down and installing again.  It kept giving me a 506 error.  I couldn't figure that out.  Now it's telling me my trial days are going to run out in 4 days.  I'M OFFICIALLY FRUSTRATED as I am not able to get a live person on the line.  HELP!  I'm desperate.

I didn't know you could get a six-month subscription to the Creative Cloud suite – did you get it from Adobe?

Yes, I did. I am a student so if you have an email with a .edu I believe
you get a discount.j
