Current InDesign, Illustrator Build dropping color sync

Please see below. this previous thread is marked as fixed and is now a current issue with InDesign and Illustrator. The programs are dropping color sync and reverting to CMS off. This needs to be top priority and resolved for color managed workflows and ease of use. It would also be helpful to fix the preview bugs with color management in Acrobat.
