dameged indesign file wont open

Greetings 

i was working normally on my indesign project until suddenly the program has crashed and i had to force quit the program and now the file that i was working on got damged and won't open any more  

the error massage is 

indesign is unable to perform the requested operation on the file

i alredy tried to open it as a copy and also tried to open it on another pc and it didnt work, please help me on finding the solution as my career and team is depending on this file, thank you

Sounds like you've had a file corruption which means you've probably lost your work. It's vital to regularly make backup copies of your work (and keep copies externally as well).
