DataMerge: No placeholders added after selecting Source document

Hello, 

I am able to select a source document (csv) from Select Source panel for Data Merge, but when I do, nothing happens. No placeholders are added to the list. I've looked at the CSV file; it's all comma delimited. I've tried doing as a tabbed text file, to no avail. All headers are present and fields are complete. 

I don't receive any error messages; just no placeholder fields are loaded. Any pointers? There are 83 columns and some of the header info is quite long, if that also could be causing the jam.

Found the bug: A colon in one of the headers. Disregard.
