Date merge flyers, auto adjust font size

Hello, i have 16 flyers to make in three sizes, ruturing project. My data will come from a csv or exell file. I would like the fonts to auto adjust the text frame, so 100% of the width of the textframe is used. Is that possible? 
Will i place the date merge tag on the master page or copy and paste on the individual pages?

No not true, one post is about auto adjust font size i.c.m with data merge and the other post is about a more specific date merge issue. I can add the two post tohether, but since they are two different questions i though a seperare post would make it more clear.

You might like to check out the video below by Colin Flashman.

He has multiple Character Styles of differing text size. They are assigned to text within a Paragraph Style based on the number of characters using GREP styles.
