Disappeared footnotes

Hello the footnotes in the middle of the text suddenly disappear and the exported pdf is proof of this. The fact that they disappear in the middle of the text and in an uncontrollable way is a big trouble for us who make books. I enclose this pdf to make you aware of the seriousness of the problem. Just enlarge the text cage a little bit and it will reappear but it could be exported in pdf for printing. It is very serious!

Yes thank you I've read them all but what does Adobe do? It hasn't solved anything so far.

This problem is driving me crazy! I'm also finding blank pages keep inserting themselves randomly. Is there another programme? I've had enough of InDesign - have been using it for years (and Pagemaker before that) - never had these sorts of issues.
