Document Movement

When working in InDesign (and Illustrator does it also) the document slides around on its own almost as if it were anticipating my next move. Making me dizzy. How? where do I get this to stop?

No idea what's going on there - two apps doing the same thing? 

Seems like something more is going on. 

What Operating System and versions of InDesign / Illustrator do you have?

Any more info? Are they physically moving or just look like they are moving?
