Hello,

We have users on WIN and MAC who unfortunately accepted the automatic upgrade and can no longer downgrade back to CC 2019 14.0.3. which is what our current client is on. Is there antyway to do downgrade to taht version? Of not, can I tell our users that they can safely downgrade to 15.1.2 and remain fully compatible with our client on CC 2019 14.0.3.?

Thanks in advance for your help, we are really worried about this situation.

Hi @gabrielj31674750, Only the latest two versions of the Creative Cloud apps are supported and available for download. You can try and download the CC2019 version from the following webpage. If the links mentioned on the page don't work, then it means that Adobe has discontinued providing the download and genuine installers are not available anymore. Be circumspect if someone contacts you claiming to provide an installer in such a case. https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2019-direct-download-links.html...

For version 15 to work with version 14 the only option you have would be to use IDML file instead of INDD.
