Download video in document Publish Online

Hello,

I put video in Indesign document for Publish Online but when i download this Pdf the video doesn’t work, the file is white.

Could someone help me ?

Readers can only download a static PDF version from a Publish Online document, assuming you've enabled the feature.

The PDF generated for download from Publish Online is a static PDF. While in theory you could create an interactive version, upload it to a webserver or cloud storage service and place a link in the Publish Online file, the chances of it being useful to anyone are very slim.

Frankly, multimedia in a PDF is nothing but a crapshoot and not worth the time or effort except in rare occasions.
