Drop down view

I suddenly see small gray numbered arrows on all of my drop down menus and I want them to go away. I can't find anything in the View menu or in Settings. Any ideas?

Screenshots might help. What version of InDesign? What operating system?

It's actually all my drop-downs on my Mac. OS Catalina.
