Email Template Creation

I send weekly emails to my team and have a little template in it now, but it was created in Word.  I am wondering if any of the Adobe products could help me with this.  My first thought was InDesign. I need to be able to copy or import it into outlook, along with ensuring that the links that are shared in the template you are able to access them.

Use Constant Contact or Mail Chimp.
