Hola! intento trabajar en un archivo de In-design pero la tecla Entrada (enter) y los cursores de navegación (arrows) no responden. Tengo la versión de windows 8.1 In-design 13.1

Alguna idea de por qué no funcionan?

Sorry to hear about your experience. Did you recently make any changes in your OS?

I agree with Mike's suggestion, please try resetting preferences following steps below:

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and InDesign will launch with default settings. This way all your old settings will be saved in .old folders and InDesign will recreate new folders with default settings.

Let us know how it goes.

I'd also recommend updating your OS & InDesign to the latest version for better performance and stability.

Ashutosh

You need to upgrade to Windows 10 and InDesign 2020. Trying to troubleshoot that combination is going to be very difficult.
