Error code: 5

One of my InDesign files won't open. The following error message appears:

"The file *file name* is damaged and cannot be recovered (Error code: 5)"

Is there a support email address I can send the file to? I really need to be able to retrieve the designs

Send a copy of the document at the following email, Adobe engineers might look at it and try to recover it
