Has anyone received seen this error message and no how to correct it?
Hi leotraining,
personally I never had such an error with PDF export. But there are some posts here around in the forum that deal with errors like that. You may be surprised that Share For Review throws an error with a temp PDF file, the one named in red, but that is how Share For Review works under the hood.
A search for "Version 4 ICC Profiles" in the InDesign forum resulted for example in this:

Check Rob's answer and other comments there and hunt down the placed image(s) that contain a Version 4 ICC Profile.
The question is how you do that most efficiently. Usually you would open an image in PhotoShop and extract the profile to a new file. Then you could inspect its properties with tools you find in your system. I'm a little vague here, because I never had that issue before.
Found this tool, ICC Profile Inspector 2.4, that seems to be useful:

You cannot change Share For Review's workflow to convince the feature of using PDF/X-4 for output but you may be able to find a substitute of that Version 4 ICC profile that causes the error message and assign it to your images using PhotoShop.
