Error message when opening formatted file for paperback book

A company that I hired to format a novel sent me the InDesign files. I am trying to correct an error in the manuscript but when I open the file with the InDesign on my Macbook it gives me the following error warning (attached as a screenshot). How do I fix these "plugin" issues?

Nevermind. I figured it out. The title page image was missing the link.

Original file was created with using wordsflow plugin. To exclude plugin missed error you're need to save your indd as idml, open this idml and save as new indd-file. Open this new indd.
