Hope, it well help you trouble shoot the issue. Either reduce the file size or set the system time right. Hm…

Don't think it's the file size of your InDesign document, but the file size InDesign tries to export the HTML code for Publish Online together with all the images and interactive assets that might be there.

Are large video files placed in your layout?
