Error when trying to install InDesign

My school sent me an email with free access to CC but it's the same email I used for CC once upon a time, I didn't think it would be an issue but now my CC won't work or download anything. I used a different email for my 7 day trial and that account won't install the app either. I have no idea what's going on or what to do becuase it doesn't tell me the issue this is all it says...

Instead of using the CC app try going to the website and loggin in. Also you might need ot remove the CC on your computer and download it again fresh from the website.
