file corrupted id. Help for the way to recover it. i have no backup !!!

I had a problem with id file with 100 pages until and 300 files . it's improbable i can remake all...

please let me know how can i recover it or if someone in Adobe can help me.

If nothing else you've learned a very valuable lesson. If you were working in a Dropbox or Onedrive folder you could recover an earlier version.
