Looking at past forum posts, it seems like a complete uninstall/reinstall will solve this problem.
Hi Barb. Thanks for your response. Did a reinstall but it didn't work. It is just annoying, doesn't effect functionality.
I work on Macs so haven't seen this issue personally. Could it be a file association issue? Does double clicking the file in the Explorer window open the file in InDesign?
Hi Barb. Yes if I double click the file opens. It really is just an annoyance, but all works well.
